Event producer, production coordinator and room coordinators: keeping track of schedules, requirements and teams.
Stage management
Coordinates entrances, speaker turns and cues. Follows the running order with speakers, video, sound and lighting teams.

Live production, video and cameras
The technical eye that turns the event into a clear video feed.
Director and assistant director
They prepare and run the sequence of cameras, videos, presentations and graphics during the live show.
Camera and PTZ operators
They cover speakers, audience and event activity. Camera control and CCU keep images consistent across sources.
Video, LED and projection
Video, LED screen and projection technicians configure, calibrate and operate the room's visuals.
Presentations, graphics and playback
Operators handle content, presentations and teleprompters alongside speakers and the production team.

Sound and lighting
Every voice, entrance and change of atmosphere is covered.
Sound / PA technician
Sets up the system and mixes speakers and audio sources. A monitor engineer handles the stage sound.
Microphone and RF technicians
They prepare microphones, assist speakers and manage wireless systems throughout the event.
Lighting design and operation
Technicians, lighting designer and operator handle setup, programming and scene changes, including effects where needed.

Streaming, networks and communications
Connecting in-person attendees, remote speakers and online audiences.
vMix / streaming operator
Prepares and runs the stream, sources and recording, following the event program.
Video conferencing and remote speakers
Connection tests, coordinating speaker entrances and technical support for remote participants.
Networks / IT and intercom
Configuration and support for production networks, platforms and team communications.

Setup and logistics
The people who prepare the space and clear it when the event ends.
Setup lead and technicians
They coordinate load-in, schedules, setup and teardown of audiovisual systems.
Rigging and work at height
Specialist crew for structural and suspension work required by the project.
Stagehands and operational support
Assistants, stagehands, runners and logistics coordinators move equipment and support each department.

Interpreting and accessibility

Interpreters and coordination
Simultaneous or consecutive interpreting, with teams coordinated by language, session and schedule.
